Have just completed on a house bought through Starkings & Watson. I had the help of a sales progressor, Natalie Bolton, who took over the transaction and helped progress it through the conveyancing stage - this meant I had a named 'go to' person who could check with the vendors when I wanted to find out what was going on. Not having bought a house before, I did appreciate this. She also kept in regular contact with my solicitor. So I wouldn't hesitate to go through Starkings if they have the property you want.
