Every single person we spoke to were helpful and very pleasant but we would like to highlight the the 4 main people who we dealt with being, Lisa , Carl Stephen & Natalie. We cannot fault them one bit and we feel they went above and beyond expectations. Even after our sale fell through twice before the 3rd time being lucky, they did all they could to help us and advise us the best options to take. So grateful for everyone’s help reassurance and empathy during our stressful and challenging time. We would 100% recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again in the future. Yes, I would like to express my total satisfaction with Starkings and Watsons from the time Chris came to the house and took over from the previous estate agents to completion. A buyer came within a few days of Chris taking over and it was more or less plain sailing from there. Carl and Natalie were very helpful. I would certainly use them again. I recently used Starkings and Watson to sell my shared ownership home. From the very first appointment I felt well advised. The entire team are very knowledgeable in relation to shared ownership sales, they offered guidance and supported prospective buyers to understand whether they would be eligible to purchase and how to go about registering in order to buy. This is the second time we have used Starkings and Watson, and would thoroughly recommend them. I found them to be very friendly and approachable, yet professional. The "Teams" that are set up work well, and give a direct point of contact throughout the various tiers of the moving process, from early viewings right through to chasing and updating once a sale has been agreed and solicitors instructed.
