We would have no hesitation in recommending S&W as a selling agent. Chris valued our property a couple of years ago, but circumstances dictated when we could sell. We asked that we were not pestered with pressured calls, Chris true to his word, kept in touch but never pushed us. When the time came to sell, Chris and his team, including an excellent photographer, prepared our property details, highlighting its features, tweaking the presentation until we were all happy before marketing. Carl took over once the property was on the market, he gave us regular updates and was always honest with feedback - which we valued. Nothing was too much trouble, including coming back to the property to take additional photos on sunnier days. We have now completed our house sale, the whole process was smooth and without hitches. The dedicated sales progression team kept us informed of progress and always returned calls. Estate Agents have a bad reputation, often deserved, but we can not praise Chris and his team highly enough. I would say the one thing we wanted was honesty, good or bad - which they gave.
