Amy and the whole team at Northwood Plymouth have been friendly and helpful throughout the renting process, from viewing to referencing through to contracts and key handover. Unlike with other agencies, as a tenant I wasn't made to feel like a commodity, but treated as a person. She answered questions we had promptly, and the welcome pack they handed us with treats and essentials on move-in day was a really nice touch. Since moving in, I've had only positive experiences reporting issues and repairs. When our hot water stopped working recently, which is a tricky situation with small children who need a bath, Nell quickly organised an engineer to look at our boiler and identify the issue and kept us informed throughout the process. I'm grateful for the polite and friendly manner Nell has helped us!
