This is a personal recommendation for Ms Kelly Teasdale, employee of Northwood Property Agency, Plymouth. I can confirm that Kelly has shown diligence and very welcome persistence in dealing with some difficult issues relating to the management of my daughter’s flat. There was considerable difficulty in replacing a worn out sofa and acquisition of an electronic key for the outer door. The first sofa was wrongly delivered. A second sofa was delivered even though the order was cancelled. Both these were returned before (finally) the new sofa was installed - thanks to Kelly’s efforts. Kelly also successfully negotiated with the management company of the block of flats to obtain a low-cost electronic key. We were kept informed by Kelly at every stage of the process.
