We signed with Northwoods to sub let an apartment. I originally met the Branch Manager Amy Payne on site who checked over the property and took details. She gave me various options but we wanted total peace of mind so chose the guaranteed rent service. They were very detailed in their approach to the agreement and kept me informed of progress regularly. The running of our contract is by Nell Simpson who again has kept us up to date with all aspects of the let. I have been very impressed with the professional and friendly approach and would recommend to anyone who is considering letting an apartment

Amy and the whole team at Northwood Plymouth have been friendly and helpful throughout the renting process, from viewing to referencing through to contracts and key handover. Unlike with other agencies, as a tenant I wasn't made to feel like a commodity, but treated as a person. She answered questions we had promptly, and the welcome pack they handed us with treats and essentials on move-in day was a really nice touch. Since moving in, I've had only positive experiences reporting issues and repairs. When our hot water stopped working recently, which is a tricky situation with small children who need a bath, Nell quickly organised an engineer to look at our boiler and identify the issue and kept us informed throughout the process. I'm grateful for the polite and friendly manner Nell has helped us!
