So a new estate agent Yeh they are all the same arnt they ?? Well nope they can be different fun friendly and with a wealth of knowledge they guided us through a tricky sale involving a probate issue. The ladies were helpful from first contact to a final Thank you. They seam to understand that it's a two way thing where we pay for a service and they provide it to the best of there ability and get the results we all need. These ladies have guided impartially through a truicky sale involving a property that had a probate issue. We felt comfortable with speaking to Nicola about the ins and outs of the situation and felt her team were the ones to push forward and get a sale that suited us all.i feel we chose the right people altho the werrington branch was a new entity they installed confidence in us thus we went with them over some much more well known companies.
