Arthur and the team at Werrington are professional & helpful and “always there in the background” which was reassuring. The whole house buying process from beginning to end was horrendous with a very tricky vendor. They made it slightly better, but in the end we are glad it’s all over. Guy's get some more staff to cover your busy period! More front than substance.

No one answers phone and you go live chat they take your details to get the right person to contact me but no one does.....Left voicemail on multiple occasions no response.... Don't bother with their ads won't get anywhere...

Completed on our house then refused access to our own new house and called a liar by the manager of the werrinton branch. So will be speaking to my lawyer about this and the data protection leak. Would never buy through Newton fallowell again and never recommend them to anyone.
