Really great service provided from Newton Fallowell. Nicola and Vicki are an asset to the company, really friendly and nothing was too much to ask for.

I genuinely don’t think I would have survived this house buying process with anyone other than Vicki. She was always at the other end of the email, answering my questions, she rang me with all the updates I could need. Plus she always made sure I was calm. She helped us find our dream home and we are so very happy!

I saw many estate agents when we decided it was time to move house and there was no doubt in my mind when I first met Nicola and Vicki that I was going to chose them. They were the only ones who were not pushy at all. This was the first time we had to sell and buy and when we started the process I had no idea how to do it. They explained everything and answered all our questions no matter how simple or complicated they were. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They made what is a very stressful process as easy as possible and I can't thank them enough.

Their communication with us and all parties involved is the best I've experienced in this industry.
