Over the years I’ve dealt with countless estate agencies and their agents. The experience has been highly diverse varying from average to incredibly stressful and frustrating. Ladies from Newton Fallowell, however, stood out straight away. We’ve been shown a couple of houses by them so far and couldn’t recommend Werrington branch enough. Their approach is very different: both ladies are incredibly knowledgeable about the properties and their owners yet you don’t feel you are listening to another (cheesy) sales pitch. They guide you through a viewing and help paint bigger picture, but don’t intervene or constantly fire off empty sales terms. They spend enough time with you, but there is no pressure in the end and you truly feel like they are genuinely interested in helping you find what’s right for you, not the other way around. They don’t hassle you afterwards, but do still check on your periodically so you feel 100% comfortable going back as and when you need to depending on your personal circumstances. Our search is far from over, but we’d love to find a house via NW and hope to sell through them as well.

Any praise we can give to Nicola and Vicky is going to be inadequate. Their advice on pricing and methods of sale were spot on and a buyer was found very quickly. They dealt with a difficult probate sale, our solicitors and conveyancing with complete professionalism. Our requests for help were dealt with quickly and efficiently in the most charming manner conceivable. We have already recommended their service with absolute confidence to family members.

Looking to move to the area, the girls in the office have been very helpful and happy to go at our pace during our search and we are looking forward to dealing with them in the future.

Well nope they can be different fun friendly and with a wealth of knowledge they guided us through a tricky sale involving a probate issue. They seam to understand that it's a two way thing where we pay for a service and they provide it to the best of there ability and get the results we all need.
