Can we give more than 5 stars… The overall service from start to completion has been absolutely outstanding. My beautiful rental property was at the end of my investment period & it was time for me to move it on. Together with a young baby we looked no further than C Residential to assist with the property sale. On the day in which tenants moved out, my letting agents were kind enough to drop the keys into the office for me to get the ball rolling straight away. The property was listed that evening for a very reasonable price and soon begun the viewings all accompanied due to the distance in which we live from the property. Each viewing had feedback provided & shortly after the offers began. I’ve never been at the sale end of property before so this was a new world to me which I was walked through each step of the way to ensure I was confident with responses to solicitors and I understood the timeframes to which the chain was working to. First time selling a house so was a little naive to the process, C Res kept us informed every step of the way. We had a big issue with the buyers solicitors dragging there feet and C Res supported us as the bridge between ourselves and the buyers on getting the house sold. Brought our lovely Cottage off C Residential and I couldn't of asked for a better Estate Agents to deal with. Professional at all times and one that goes above and beyond for their clients. Fantastic service from angi at c residential, she wasnt directly involved with ourselves during our process but later got involved the help get things over the line for me and my family. I can not praise the woman enough, she went above and beyond when it was far from out of her remit. If we ever sell again there would be no one else I would go with apart from c residential and there will be no one else I would recommend moving forward.
