It's always daunting buying your first home and as a buyer, it's too easy to question the sincerity of the estate agents but we cannot thank Anwen enough for helping us through the entire process. She has been so genuine and helpful and really had our best interests at heart, from the start. Nothing was too much and she went above and beyond in supporting us, in an honest, professional but personal way. Lis went out of her way to keep us updated with such prompt, informative and enthusiastic correspondence, right up until the day of completion. It's a crazy time to try and buy in Pembrokeshire at the moment but their customer service has been unbeatable and we are incredibly grateful.
