Bought though Steph @ Pembroke Office Efficient, polite & responsive any question. After trying to buy though 2 other estate agents in the area who were either rude or unhelpful. Steph was pleasure to buy though, wish more people had as much enthusiasm about there role as she does.

although we did not buy from FBM our experience with this agent was exelent Anwen and Donna are an asest and a blessing to FBM. I arranged to view a propperty with FBM, Anwen showed us around and she was exelent new her way around the proppeerty volenteered ideas to make the propperty our own should we buy it and her enthusiasm and profesional atitude really showed.
