Anwen delivered a 5 star service throughout, from our initial viewing in which she was very helpful and knowledgeable, to the subsequent purchase helping ensure we got it over the line as quickly as possible, and then the sale of our old home (which she managed to sell before even hitting the market). We did hit some road blocks along the way on our sale but Anwen did all she could and kept us updated along the way.

We cannot fault the service we were given by Anwen. She was everything we'd want in an estate agent: relaxed, genuine and friendly but with all the necessary info on the property and the local area at her fingertips. Made some great suggestions about potential alterations to the property we viewed to make the best use of space. Really really enjoyed working with her and in all our years of using estate agents over the past twenty-three years, we would definitely rank her in our top three! We were looking for a property to buy and Anwen was great! Let us know about any suitable properties that became available and then was friendly and informative on viewings, without being overbearing or 'salesy' and some Estate Agents can be. Would have loved to have found a property through her, but alas the perfect property for us happened to be with another agency.

It's always daunting buying your first home and as a buyer, it's easy to question the sincerity of the estate agents but we cannot thank Anwen enough for helping us through the entire process. She has been so genuine and helpful and really had our best interests at heart, from the start. Nothing was too much and she went above and beyond in supporting us, in an honest and personal way. Lis went out of her way to keep us updated with such prompt, informative and enthusiastic correspondence, right up until the day of completion. It's a crazy time to try and buy in Pembrokeshire at the moment but their customer service has been unbeatable and we are incredibly grateful.

Really good experience with FBM! Enquired about a property to view and was contacted within 24 hours as a response. Viewed the property with Anwen and she was super lovely and very informative with any questions we asked, very genuine responses which made the process easier as we didn’t feel like we were being fooled into anything as we were naive FTB-ers! We ended up wanting to make an offer and the property and liaising with Anwen was easy and efficient, anything I was unsure about she helped with when conversing between the owners, all the way up until Completion on the property we had a really helpful experience with FBM as a whole and even with a couple of hiccups along the way, when we had to go into the office to sort things out, we had just as good a service as we had received before from Anwen so overall we were super happy!
