I am in the process of purchasing a property via FBM and am beyond happy with the customer service I have received. Most of my dealings have been with Amberley, who has been extremely helpful, efficient and reliable. She is very responsive to e-mails and calls alike and ensures that she follows up on queries in a quick and efficient manner. I have also had some involvement with Melissa and Donna, both of whom were equally as helpful and efficient as Amberley. I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agent to anyone, furthermore, if I ever need the services of an estate agent again I will definitely use FBM.
