Steve the assistant branch manager met me at the property for the viewing, he put me at ease straight away being very professional, friendly, mature and approachable. He allowed me to view at my own pace and then go around a couple more times on my own with no pressure. He listened to me and answered my questions about the property and asked if I needed to know anything. He explained the procedure if I wanted to put an offer in. We have offered on the property, so far good contact from the office keeping us up to date. Having viewed a few properties, I think he is very professional and competent in his job.

This was because they were good value and with their hybrid approach seemed to be a lot more tech savvy in the process. Glad I went with them as the whole process went really smoothly. To anyone looking to move to beautiful Diss! We decided to leave hectic London and move to peaceful Diss. We looked at many houses with 5 agents, luckily we met Steve from Starkings & Watson Hybrid Estate Agents Diss. From walking in the door of our new home we was told all about it by Steve. It was a great day and he even suggested a few things to consider doing in the house. He left us alone with no pressure at all. We decided to buy the house and it was a easy and pleasant time working with Steve, Melissa & Charlie. I would recommend them and I would use them without hesitation on another purchase! Used S&W for our house sale. Competitively priced, got my house under offer for close to asking price very quickly. We had many complications and delays due to issues with our onward chain but the sales progression team (Catherine & Melissa) were very understanding and sympathetic throughout. This was really appreciated especially during a very stressful time, as estate agents can typically be very pushy just wanting to secure the sale as quickly as possible, but Catherine and Melissa did not pressure us at all and managed to keep our buyers happy too. Was very happy with their service throughout, would definitely use again and 100% recommend if you're looking to sell your home in the Diss area.
