Used S&W for our house sale. Competitively priced, got my house under offer for close to asking price very quickly. We had many complications and delays due to issues with our onward chain but the sales progression team (Catherine & Melissa) were very understanding and sympathetic throughout. This was really appreciated especially during a very stressful time, as estate agents can typically be very pushy just wanting to secure the sale as quickly as possible, but Catherine and Melissa did not pressure us at all and managed to keep our buyers happy too. Was very happy with their service throughout, would definitely use again and 100% recommend if you're looking to sell your home in the Diss area.
