Would definitely recommend Starkings & Watson if you’re selling your home! We had an absolute rollercoaster of a journey with the sale of our home due to purchasing a new build which took (a lot) longer than anticipated! Steve managed to sell our house 3 times over after we lost buyers due to the length of time we were waiting for our new home. Natalie was also fantastic with her support and advice throughout our selling journey. Natalie was always a telephone call or an email away and provided swift responses. I would definitely use them again in the future.

It is very rare these days, to find a professional who is willing to give significant amounts of time, expertise and experience, for no immediate or obvious benefit, but Steve is one of those people. We have had several phone calls now and I have been genuinely struck by his honesty and genuineness to help me sell my property, which is in fact, out of his area. He has offered strategies I had no idea about and certainly, never offered by local estate agents I am currently dealing with. He really does deserve recognition in a sector of life, where we spend large amounts of money on a hugely important area, such as buying a home.

If Steve shows you round a house you’re going to enjoy the experience even if you don’t like the house. He completely understood what we were looking for.
