We purchased our property from a Starkings & Watson client. Steve showed us around and was super helpful and great to deal with, however from that point on the rest of the experience was only negative. The sales progression team wouldn't stop hassling me in spite of asking them and also my mortgage advisor asking them to stop hassling. We went from viewing to moving in over just nine weeks, while the average is currently at least 5 months for this process, yet I was getting daily calls. When the completion was held up due to needing an indemnity the sales progression team had no clue was I was taking about. They didn't manage the vendors expectations at all leading them to almost pull out of the sale. We did everything requested of us in super speedy time, yet still hassle, hassle, hassle and unnecessary stress. I would never use Starkings & Watson for anything again.
