"Whilst Belvoir is a good..."

Whilst Belvoir is a good letting agents overall, their intrusive 3 month checks are a joke. Pamela is a fantastic woman who is very friendly and treats you as an equal, whereas other members of staff talk down to you and seem to give you almost a sense of fear, very unwelcoming! Their rent fees are very reasonable and any work you need done is (usually) carried out when instructed. However, when they fail to note down a repair, even when you ask consistently, then charge you for the 'cleaning costs' for the repair at the end of your tenancy, I felt very let down. Whilst I enjoyed my time within their property, it has definitely put me off ever using a private let company again!
