Anybody that has been moved over from Edzell property when Belvoir took over check your deposit status as they said we never paid deposit which is absurd to say the least .in this day in age when did anybody get a rental without deposit. We are taking this further as we have proof of deposits (including pet deposit)I'm very dissatisfied with Belvoir 's lack of moral code or at the very least incompetence!no stars !!!!!

Good morning Angela, I am disappointed that you have felt the need to leave a 1 star review for Belvoir. As discussed on our telephone conversation yesterday 29/10/2024, your daughter has signed a tenancy agreement stating that there was no deposit paid against this property with the previous managing agent Edzell Property Management). As advised as the previous managing agent dealt with the move in and agreement prior to Belvoir taking over management of the property we have no deposit held with our Deposit Scheme. On our telephone conversation yesterday it was in fact myself who advised you to take this matter further with Edzell Property Management if you have proof of payment.
I do hope seeing the response in writing gives you some clarity on the situation and I wish yourself and your daughter well.
