Not very customer friendly
Truly horrendous customer service and attitude to us. We rented a flat for nearly 2 years and the entire experience was a nightmare. They never gave us information from the landlord till the last minute and are just all round terrible to talk to. Every time I spoke to them on the phone they made me out to be an idiot and actually laughed at the fact I didn't know the tenancy law intimately. I personally like dogs however what sort of customer facing business has 4 dogs running around the joint? Terrible work ethic. I will NEVER be using this agency anywhere in the country. Truly a terrible experience.
Absoulte shambles of a company. Thought I had walked into a veterinary practise instead of a letting agency with dogs biting at your ankles. Completely unprofessional staff, huffing and sighing. Would NOT recommend.
Very disappointing experience letting a flat with belvoir. Extremely rude staff. Faced mental harassment for the two years we lived in the property. Feel sorry for the landlord as they never got correct communication from belvoir. We felt extremely vulnerable and harassed. We have lodged in formal complaint. Be careful both tenants and landlords before using them. Never recommend them!!!!!!!

Viewed a property with this agency. I arrived just before 11am for my 11am booking and and was then left waiting until nearly 11:10 when the person showing us around came out of the flat to say she had been in there showing another couple around because they were early. Taken in to the flat, had a few minutes to look around (agent spent most her time talking to other viewers while I was left to talk to the very nice current tenant) then agent says are you all done now because I have other things to do. Despite the less than great attitude from that agent and the woman I spoke with on the phone who was extremely sharp and rude we loved the flat enough to make our interest known. We were told other people had also expressed interest and that we would receive a phone call when the landlord had made a decision. I see today the property has gone but no phone call has been received to confirm that. In short, poor attitude from staff and ever poorer manners.
After booking a viewing 4 days ago to view a flat today at rowans wynd paisley at 11:30 I was booked to view I had never been in this paisley area before had to get time off work and a taxi to the flat arrived at 11:25 5 mins early.Waiting a few minutes I noticed nobody outside waiting or around the flat so i called belvoir agency to see when the agent was arriving to be told the viewing was at 11 nobody was going to come even though they had booked me in for 11:30 which was their fault.I asked to speak to someone to see if they could do something but nothing.After coming from cardonald by train then getting a taxi to the flat and taken time off work I am really not happy woth the service at all.I wasn't even asked to book or try book me back in another viewing or somebody would phone me to see why this is happened,I habe now had to get a taxi back to where I stay from rowans wynd,I will not be viewing any property again from belvoir lettings and suggest other people do the same.Would habe been nice to even get a call this morning for someone to have noticed my booking at 11:30 on their computers and thought well there is no booking at that time and habe the decency to call me but no.Really not impressed at all and habe missed out on a says pay thanks again belvoir lettings

No help from them what so ever when the boiler broke down. Dampness in the cupboards has not been fixed despite several inquiries taps in the property are leaking badly shower in the bathroom dose not turn of so you need to turn it of at the mains overall the property needs overhauled and letting agents need sacked
