Brigitte Weber The Trusted Agent 26 January 2016

Outstanding - Complete efficiency with a personal touch!

From our very first viewing with them to finally signing on the dotted line, Moulton Haus were exceptional. They were incredibly efficient in everything they did - Negotiations between myself and the seller were handled skilfully; liaising with the various surveyors and specialists who inspected the house on my behalf was seemingly done effortlessly; correspondence with the solicitors was taken on willingly: every e-mail or phone call was answered promptly and advice was given generously. And all the while with a lovely personal touch. While I hope I won't be buying or selling any time soon, I will definitely be popping in for a chat. I cannot recommend Moulton Haus highly enough.

About Moulton Haus

Estate agents don’t always have the best reputation – we get that. Moulton Haus is different. Like you, we’d become disillusioned with sub-standard service from many Gloucestershire estate agents. Their property advertising was terrible, their offices were unwelcoming, and their ‘one size fits all’ approach to service just didn’t work. We’ve established a track record of selling and letting beautiful homes around Gloucestershire and beyond with our affordable, easy-to-use service. We’re proud of our property marketing – and we’re good at it. We know what people look for, what sells and what doesn’t, and how to bring out the best in every home. It’s easy to imagine yourself in your next dream home when it’s presented with great-looking photos and well-written descriptions. Your home is as unique as its owner, with its own style and substance, quirks and qualities. At Moulton Haus, we don’t categorise your property by the number of bedrooms or the size of your garden. It’s not a selection of photos on a website, with a price tag and a floor plan. We treat each and every house as a home. Our services include professional photography packages, home staging and even interior design advice. Take a look at the homes in our portfolio to see how we help your home stand out in a crowded market.
