We wouldn't have done it without them

Wow, where to start. What an amazing experience from start to finish! Hugo spent time at our property making sure he knew it inside and out before we even agreed to sell it with him. He extremely professional, friendly and efficient – he got us on the market in less than a week!!! We can't thank him enough for everything he did for us. Once we accepted our first offer (just a week after listing, due to amazing photographs from Hugo and his team, and a perfect and accurate listing) we were handed over to Rozy in the Nailsworth office, and we could not have asked for more. She went above and beyond her job role for us. Impeccable communication, professionalism, friendly and so easy-to-talk to that I felt like I was talking to a best friend who was helpling me move, not an estate agent. She worked so closely with both ourselves and the buyer, along with both sides of solicitors, which allowed the whole process to be stress-free and seamless. Thank you again, we are delighted with everything you have done for us and will most definitely would recommend to anyone.
