From the onset the staff at Northwood (then Levick Jones) were very pleasant and easy to deal with. They were very quick to respond to any emails or telephone calls regarding complaints or required repairs at the property. I found them to be extremely polite and professional at all times. They did their best to only rent rooms to potential tenants that would fit in with existing tenants. Overall, my experience with the company was very pleasant.
