Breckon and Breckon dealt with the sale of our property in a friendly and impressively professional way. The process of producing a brochure and photographs for the house reflected their experience and expertise. Everything was explained, costed, and passed to us for approval. George Houlbrooke, supported by his colleagues in the City office, led the sale. He informed us regularly about viewings and their outcomes. Ultimately he smoothed the path for completion of the sale by ensuring everyone involved was on the same page.

Great efficient service
Quickly organised photographer for brochure and got flat on the market. Valuation spot on. Sold after one viewing! Kept up to date with progress of sale.

Thank you to Jenny and the City team for your patience. We sold quickly and then found it difficult to find a house and were quite annoying on the journey. It’s all happening now though and we are very happy with the friendly and professional service we have received.
