I've recently moved to Oxford and had to negotiate the minefield of buying a house in a new city, and one which seems allergic to chains! Eoin showed me around most of the properties I viewed, including the one I ended up buying. I found him very personable, helpful, knowledgeable and professional and would like to thank him for making viewings personal and informative. George handled all the negotiations efficiently and with good humour. I'm sure when I come to sell the house again Breckon and Breckon will be the first agents I'll approach to handle it for me. Thank you all!
