Breckon & Breckon in Oxford were the estate agents for the sale of my flat. They acted for a fixed fee of 1.5% + VAT, and the agent was excellent. I don't live in the UK, so I needed complete support for the sale and he provided this, with regular updates by phone and email. It was a long road to find a buyer with several false starts, but I always felt his commitment to the sale and I appreciated his proactive approach, especially by acting as a quick channel for communication between myself and the prospective buyers, while our respective solicitors seemed to move at glacial speeds. I can definitely recommend them if you are looking to sell a property in Oxford.
