Made experience less stressful
This was my sons first experience of buying a property- Curchods made it less stressful especially dealing with Phil who was always happy, pleasant & positive, he made me totally rethink my opinion of estate agents (they are human)!!!!!

Sale of Property
From start to finish the quality of service from Curchods was excellent. They did exactly what they said they would do, on time and made us feel very comfortable throughout the sale of our property. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.

A very professional service
A very helpful firm that did their homework on the property, before providing a valuation. On appointing Curchods to handle our sale, all the local office sales team inspected the property to ensure any member was able to do a viewing, and knew the necessary facts. We were regularly updated during the sales process, right up to exchange of contracts.

Hugely helpful
Estate agents often get accused of just advertising properties and taking your money - but Curchods not only gave great advice on the sale, but were the key link who managed to keep the chain together (and my sanity intact!) second time around (after the last-minute loss of my first buyers). Can't thank them enough for all their hard work.

Dependable and Professional Team
The Ottershaw team under Grant’s leadership are highly recommended. Without exception everyone has always been unfailingly friendly and helpful. Grant, Kate & Brad provided sound advice throughout, even in the midst of an evolving market climate. Kate and Sarah have assisted greatly with viewings with courtesy and friendliness. All have dealt with my sale and purchase with complete professionalism. I would have no hesitation in using them again, nor recommending them to others.

Sale of 13 Spinney Hill
We chose Curchods to look after the sale of our property as we were looking for a team who were able to understand our needs and get the right kind of buyer and someone who also knew the area well. The team at Otterhaw were brilliant from start to finish and were really enthusiastic about our property, which I think helped get us get the offers we did. They were very helpful during the negotiation period and got us an offer we were happy with. and they went above and beyond their duty and did things that other estate agents in our chain should have done, e.g. keeping my vendor up to date who had nothing to do with Curchods. There were some difficult moments and Grant Letts in particular was excellent in dealing with things that were potential show stoppers and that just shows the level of experience he has. We definitely chose the best option considering how many Churchods sold signs we see in the area compare to other estate agents. Excellent professional service throughout the process and a job well done. Our sale was pretty much stress free.

A Professional and friendly team.
We had several complications in selling our Guildford property but the team at Curchods went out of their way to make our sale completed smoothly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them, especially Johnathon and Henry who were so professional yet kind and friendly.

Hardworking dedicated team of professionals
Curchods managed the sale of my property during a difficult housing market and the backdrop of Brexit. I received support from the start, in marketing my home The viewing process was hassle free as the agents took care of all the appointments and viewings. Once an offer was received, my contact Brad, followed up on a regular basis to ensure the sale proceeded, and when difficulties were experienced with solicitors, buyers and long chains, he was there to chase all the parties on my behalf. I highly recommend this agent
