Curchods Ottershaw

Really pleased with the service from Spencer & the team from the Ottershaw branch. From looking round the property through to completion Spencer kept constant communication and updates throughout. Even helped with the chasing of the chain from our sale which was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend the services and will not hesitate to use Curchods estate agents in the future should we ever move again. Thank you Spencer for making things as smooth as you possibly could!

I couldn't speak more highly of Spencer Durrington at Curchods. His open and professional style was hugely beneficial and he has a great understanding of the market and what good looks like for buyers and sellers alike. His handling of our transactions is always prompt and focussed on aligning to our interests together with the buyer. Our experience with Spencer and the wider Curchods team has been excellent throughout.

Spencer and the team worked incredibly hard and efficiently to sell my home, securing a great offer in no time. Communication was excellent and their professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and results driven service.

Great service from Alex and Phil at Curchods Ottershaw. Professional and knowledgeable throughout. We have a fabulous new home, thank you.

Townley and Hayley were extremely helpful throughout the process of buying my first home, answering a barrage of questions, both before and after the sale, would highly recommend!

I Chose Curchods Estate Agents in Ottershaw to market and sell my late parents property because they demonstrated a friendly and sympathetic approach because I was going through a very emotional time with the recent loss of my Mother. From the get go Spencer Darrington at Curchods was fantastic! not pushy at all, he was true to his word and did not keep calling me, he waited for me to be ready to contact him prior to putting the property on the market. Spencer and the whole team at Curchods Ottershaw have been nothing but fantastic! Having now gone under offer after several viewings and offers on the house, I was impressed with the level of viewings that I had in the first few days of the house being on the market. I am very satisfied with Curchods and would highly recommend them to others who have properties to sell, It is good to know that I will only be dealing with Spencer throughout the whole sale progression process instead of having to deal with lot's of people. This is one of the reasons I picked Curchods over other estate agents who came to value the house in the beginning. Thank you Spencer and Curchods Ottershaw.

Curchods in Ottershaw have been just fantastic helping me through a slog of a sale, giving support where it was needed, and encouraging me to make the right decisions when things were tricky. Alex was just fantastic as my point of contact, he and Phill have been great and were always willing to answer questions, no matter how small, and even about my onward purchase - eager to help in any way they could. Hugely recommend them.

Amazing team. Always approachable. We are forever thankful to Graham, Townley and Hayley for all the guidance and support. Best estate agent if you are buying or selling house. We are very happy with the service.

We highly recommend Spencer as he has gone over and above to guide and advise us on our house hunting journey, he was so patient with our many, many questions. He was incredibly professional and personable throughout our experience, genuinely a really nice guy and an amazing estate agent!

I cannot recommend Curchods highly enough. From start to finish, the process was seamless and handled with the utmost professionalism. A huge thank you to Spencer, Phill, and Alex, who conducted all the viewings. They worked incredibly hard to find the right buyer and managed to complete the entire sale within just a month. Their communication throughout was excellent – whenever we called the office, the phone was picked up almost instantly, usually within the first ring, which was really reassuring. The photos of our property were outstanding, showcasing it at its very best, and every viewer was carefully vetted to ensure they were proceedable. This saved us time and gave us real confidence in the process. We are so grateful for all the hard work, dedication, and professionalism shown by the whole team. Thank you once again for making what can often be a stressful experience so smooth and efficient.
