Professional, courteous, patient and humorous, he made this the easiest experience I have ever had buying or selling despite it running through a horrendous insurance claim, deputyship and then probate. Having dealt with a different branch of Curchods for my own house sale several years ago I can say that Curchods Ottershaw have been equally efficient and professional in dealing with the purchase of a flat by my son. Esme was able to smooth the process and ensure the flow of information between my son's and the vendors' solicitors as well as the vendors themselves. It did get a bit stressful towards the end with the time limited mortgage offer about to expire (no reflection on Curchods) but we managed to complete at the last minute. Well done and thanks for your help Esme!
