Completly satisfied with the service offered by Mortimers. The luck of the draw landed us in the middle of a large chain with quite a few complications at the bottom which caused a number of delays. Joanne has been amazing throughout! She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity and kept us well informed throughout. She literally held the chain together on more than one occasion and we honestly feel it wouldn’t have happened without her. We will be forever grateful to Joanne for all she has done for us.
