Daniel James is a great agency

While we had problems with buyers, Daniel and co were very proactive and effective. We certainly made the right choice of agent.

Daniel James unfortunately is not a transparent and professional agent as described on the website with hidden fees and packages mentioned only when the contract arrives. Please note A 14 day cooling off period when contracts are signed with little hope of marketing the property in that period. Also doesn’t turn up when scheduled and would have been refreshing to take responsibility for missed/rescheduled appointments. Very disappointing. Unfortunately 2 weeks wasted
