Overall I was mostly happy with the service Ryder & Dutton provided. However I felt I had to chase up a lot and the house sale only went through when I made contact directly with the solicitors. It took 4 months from the buyer making an offer to completion with no reason given. Laura was responsive to emails and did offer support when needed.
