Robsons have a good knowledge and stock of properties in the area we were interested in and surrounding areas. They were able to secure a property for us and provide us guidance in order to to complete our rental search. Gabriela was professional in her dealings with us and very helpful in arranging viewings and guiding us on properties and potential offers to make.

Currently in the process of renting a flat through Robsons and so far everything has been properly explained and going smoothly. Although it is a bit tricky for me to be available for phone calls during working hours, any points James and his team needed from my side have been sorted very quickly since we started this process and they've also been responsive via emails. So far so good and I hope it will remain like this until the end.

I am most impressed with the service we received from Gabriela Whight-Castillo of the Rickmansworth office. She was very professional, and unlike many in the business, did not treat us as a cheap means to a commission. She was very concerned to ensure that we got what we were looking for, and showed tremendous patience and understanding right through our journey with Robsons.

I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. However- the automated email system was rubbish, sending totally unsuitable properties. Also the property has a number of defects and minimal information provided by the landlord.
