We have been most impressed with all lettings staff, especially their performance when securing new tenants as and when required. We are most content Mr Sam Budgen is our day to day contact for maintenance, securing contractors to carry out any works required, also to liaise with our British Gas contract to include breakdowns, annual safety inspections plus the provision of the required 'Safe to use' Certifications.
