While I did not end up agreeing a tenancy through Robsons, I am leaving this review because of the absolutely outstanding service I received from James Winter of their lettings team. I was searching for a rental property that would be suitable for a wheelchair user, which is a serious challenge in the current rental climate. However, James was incredibly knowledgeable about the properties Robsons had available, and routinely went above and beyond to try and identify suitable properties for us to view. When other agents in the area wouldn’t even call me back (I was given the impression that trying to help a disabled tenant find somewhere suitable was too much of a time investment for most, when the lettings market is moving so quickly), James regularly called to check in and provide fresh options, and continuously impressed me with his genuine want to help, his knowledge and approachability. For anyone looking to rent in and around the Harrow area, I would strongly recommend James as a letting agent, as he is possibly the best and most helpful in the entire area (I should know, I’ve spoken to most of them)! Thank you James, for all your help!

Robsons have been looking after our rental property for many years and do a great job. They find our tenants and take care of all the management and maintenance for us. Sam in their Property Management department takes care of us and our tenant on a daily basis and is great to work with. He is responsive and gets things done while reporting back to us in a clear and accurate way. So much better than the previous company that we used to use.
