She listened to our needs and requirements and made sure to regularly touch base as new properties became available. Other letting agents just sent anything without any filter or listening to our needs which focussed our search via Robsons. Her knowledge of the local areas, properties on the books and how these could fit our needs was brilliant. Gabriela was super responsive and proactive at all times and ensured we were able to view a range of properties at convenient times/dates for us. Her case notes ensured her colleagues were also able to very much help any time we called and the viewings were brilliant with friendly and understanding agents who wanted us to make sure we would be happy with the property (no pressure of supposed other offers etc). In fact every member of the Robsons staff were friendly, polite, efficient and ready and willing to help. On this occasion our requirements were too specific to match to the properties available, but we would not hesitate to recommend Gabriela and the Robsons team.
