Oulsnam was one of the first agents I approached but I was swayed by another local firm; big mistake! The other firm did not know the demographic, did not spend time with the viewers and after 3 months they offered no advice other than to repeatedly drop the price. Four weeks in with Oulsnam, and the house had sold at over the asking price. The buying process was delayed due to poor communication from the buyer's solicitors. Throughout this situation I was contacted by Amanda, reassured and kept in the loop. Near the end of the process, Amanda took many calls from me and answered all my questions.
