Recently bought a house and Oulsnam was the Estate Agent. Smooth process from viewing the house, completion and receiving keys. They kept me up to date and had no issues at all. The process was so much quicker than expected. Natalie has been great and even Jacqui (mortgage advisor) has been nothing but helpful. Definitely recommend Northfield team and would use again in the future☺️

We have viewed a property on Beaks Hill Road twice with Oulsnems, and on both occasions they have been outstanding. They fitted us in around our availability, gave us all the time we needed, and never made us feel rushed. Their knowledge of the property and the local area has been excellent, and every question was answered openly and thoroughly. What really stood out is how approachable and professional they are.
