He was friendly and professional and I felt reassured. about the whole process. The board went up promptly. He did all viewings with interested parties and I received all offers by telephone and confirmation by post. The house sold literally the same week and I was updated weekly about progress. Perfect result at a difficult time

We engaged Oulsnams to sell my late mothers house. It needed some renovation, but the agent came up with a pricing strategy which worked exactly as he thought. A sale was agreed in a couple of weeks, but the buyers were slow in getting their finances in place. Oulsnams acted proactively throughout, finding a solicitor for the buyers when there was a problem, pushing to get papers signed etc. They continued to show round other potential purchasers as a back-up to our slow buyers. Through the process, various agents kept my brother and I informed and each were pleasant and professional throughout. They made a difficult time for us easier in this respect..

I placed my property in Northfield with Oulsnam to sell and overall felt they did a very good job. After the first prospective buyer pulled out they were very pro-active and found a second buyer very quickly. They then progressed and provided me with regular updates and saw the sale through to completion. They were always professional, friendly and had experienced staff with good local knowledge. Thanks to Martin and particularly Emily, who was always on hand to offer advice and support, was prompt in her replies to any questions I had and got the sale over the line in the final couple of weeks.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received and would not use this company again. I expected a company that was well established to provide an excellent service unfortunately this was not the case. My property sold with the first viewing, after it sold that was it job done as far as Oulsnams was concerned, I received no communication from them unless I rang them to find out how the sale was progressing, on one occasion I rang three times and no one returned my calls, after phoning the director I eventually received a call. They promised to call and update me, after telling me I wouldn't be moving on the day I actually moved. Nothing to tell me contracts had been signed and when I'd be moving, appalling thank goodness I had a brilliant solicitor. They really need to improve on the service they provide by keeping clients informed throughout the whole process in order to justify the large fee charged. Not impressed.
