I have twice bought from the Oulsnam team in Northfield, once as a nervous first time buyer, and second time round in a slightly more complex but no less stressful situation. I've never once had a bad interaction with this team. Ann in particular has been an incredibly helpful and calming influence at various points and has worked wonders in holding the chain together and communicating with everyone. It's a shame that as a buyer you don't really get to choose your estate agent because I would recommend these guys every time.

I had an exceptional experience with Oulsnam. Natalie supported me both with buying my property and then selling it a few years later. During the selling process Natalie, and Alison from the same office, kept in frequent communication with the buyer to encourage the sale to happen as soon as possible, and was able to fill in the gaps when I struggled to get information from solicitors (a massive help which sped up the sale time!)
