Having put an offer on a house above the asking price, our offer was beaten, after having to increase two more times we then offered a massive 10% more to seal the purchase! only to then be told the owner had agreed to sell to another even though we had everything in place, we were constantly reminded that houses in the area were much higher priced, yes maybe but much larger & in better condition.The staff at Oulsnams were not helpful in any way, almost trying to put us off ! they spoke down to us at the viewing & also on the phone. Could not help but feel they had it already sold to someone known to them.
