Oulsnam made an excellent first impression. One of the Senior Directors and Partners came personally to value my house and gave thoughtful, wise sensible advice. Natalie, the Branch Manager, was outstanding throughout the sale from the outset. She was professional, courteous, proactive and always kept me fully informed. She worked tirelessly to chase everyone in the chain and keep matters on track for completion. Without her personal efforts, the sale potentially for the wider chain would have been significantly delayed. Her prompt communication made the process straightforward. I’m very grateful for her hard work and would recommend Natalie and her team without hesitation.

We recently sold our house through Oulsnam Northfield and have had a fantastic experience throughout. From valuation, to helping us search for our next home, and through to completion, the team were extremely understanding, patient, and helpful. Have dealt with Oulsnam's in Northfield for 15 yrs. We bought a house with them in 2011, another house in 2024 and sold one in 2026. We've spoken so much over the last 6 months, I feel I should be invited to their Christmas Party! Anyway, great agent who I've enjoyed dealing with and they sold my house in this crippling market!

Would fully recommend. Due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances, had a number of houses fall through. However, Natalie and the extended Oulsnam team have been brilliant throughout. Always quick to respond and diligent at getting problems sorted.
