After we'd made the huge mistake of NOT using Marie at By Design the first time around, we finally saw sense and engaged after a painful 12 months with a high street agent. Marie then added insult to injury by booking more viewings in the first week, than we'd seen in the previous 12 months. The house was swiftly sold for over asking price, and we were then steered expertly through the conveyancing, and exchanged as planned. Thanks Marie, we truly could not have done it without you.
Reply from By Design - Northamptonshire: Thank you for the kind words Ben! I hate that you had to go through such a difficult experience initially, but I’m very grateful that you entrusted me to sell your lovely home the second time around and that I was able to help you cross the finish line. Thank you for being such wonderful clients!
