By Design - Northamptonshire

We cannot recommend Marie highly enough. From our initial valuation right through to completion, her market knowledge, professionalism, and warm approach made what could have been a very stressful process, so much easier to manage. Marie was exceptionally proactive, provided realistic pricing advice, and kept us fully updated at every single stage so we were never left chasing for news. When it came to negotiations and managing the conveyancing chain, her expertise and dedication were invaluable in securing us both a speedy and satisfactory result, despite several challenges along the way.

Working with Marie at By Design Homes was a completely different experience from the high‑street estate agent we started with. From the moment she took over, she brought real energy, care, and professionalism to the sale of our home. Marie didn’t just list the property — she marketed it with a far more modern and effective approach. The photography, the presentation, and especially the video and short‑form content she created for Facebook and Instagram gave our home the kind of visibility you simply don’t get with traditional high‑street marketing. She kept us updated throughout, communicated clearly, and made the whole process feel far more supported and organised. Her rates are higher, but the value she brings — through stronger marketing, better engagement, and a more proactive strategy — is absolutely worth the extra cost. We’re genuinely grateful for everything Marie did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who goes above and beyond, and who truly cares about achieving the best outcome for her clients.

Just exchanged contracts on selling our home and Marie was instrumental in making the process as quick and seamless as it gets providing clear and professional communication between us and the buyers, I highly recommend ByDesign and Marie in particular to handle the purchase and sale of your property Thank you and keep up the good work

Working with Marie Fritz from By Design was a positive experience from the very beginning – her professional approach coupled with her energy and enthusiasm led to the sale of our house being agreed within just 2 weeks of launch. She kept us informed throughout the sale, being quick to respond and always proactive in her approach. Despite the actual sale taking longer than we’d all hoped, we were pleased to have had Marie deal with the sale of our house and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her in the future.

We have just completed our purchase from Marie and she was great to deal with. Really good levels of communication in a manner and form that was easy for us. She was always available and offered a good balance.

Both Marie and Kirsten have been excellent regarding the sale of our house. I cannot imagine any other estate agent who would been able to support us in the same way, particularly as aspects were quite tricky requiring them to chase the buyers on our behalf, on multiple occasions. Their marketing process also was second to none with use of videos and social media, such that our house sold within the week. Cannot thank them both enough.

There is no doubt, the sale was a challenge with our property being somewhat niche and listed. The agent, Marie Fritz stuck to the task with unbelievable enthusiasm throughout a prolonged sale process. Marie was tenacious and so organised in bringing solicitors buyers and sellers together once a sale was agreed. I am so pleased with Marie’s professionalism and commitment and would have no hesitation in recommending

Marie was so helpful throughout the process of buying our house. Relocating 3 hours away with a young family was a daunting task, but from the moment of viewing the property Marie was with us every step of the way, enabling a further channel of communication to nudge the process along. Her personable and proactive approach was a breath of fresh air and we are now delighted to be in the house (14 weeks from offer to completion). Thank you Marie!

We have had a great experience with Marie and the Buy Design team. Marie is driven, tenacious and committed and always goes the extra mile in representing her clients and their property Making things happen rather than looking for problems really sets the service apart and I would recommend Marie and By Design without hesitation.
