Marie Fritz was not our estate agent. She was acting on behalf of the couple whose house we were purchasing. From the start she was very professional - the information she gathered, photos & videos that she arranged for the house, we're all first class. If we had any questions, she had the answer or set wheels in motion to find it in no time. She set up a WhatsApp group between us & was available to contact 24/7, answering when she could, even over the weekend. She kept in touch with the various buyers/sellers, estate agents & solicitors within the chain, updating & chasing when necessary. The whole process took longer than we would have liked (through no fault of Marie's) but she worked tirelessly till the end. We are more than happy to recommend her & give her a five star review.
