Despite not being the client of James Winn, we were buying a property through them, James Winn and Victoria in particular were super. Victoria helped us chase up solicitors and liaised between ourselves and the seller so we were all kept in the picture at all times. We had a very difficult completion day and at one point it looked as though the completion wasn’t going to happen but Victoria chased and emailed and called solicitors and finally at 4:30pm after a lot of very stressful calls we managed to complete. Well done and huge thanks Victoria you are an asset to James Winn.

All I can say is that all staff at the Northallerton branch provided a wonderful service, but I'd probably have to single out Victoria for a special mention. It was a long drawn out process, but with no fault to Winn's in that, and they always delivered a professional service keeping us well informed at all times.
