We are house hunting. Jodie Wilkinson from James Winn is a credit to the company. She was warm, made us feel comfortable in strangers houses and was exceptionally knowledgeable about the properties she showed us.Nothing was too much trouble for her and we appreciated it. We looked around seven houses in a day but Jodie really shone as the most skilled person doing the viewings. James Winn as a company are very responsive to us and act promptly arranging viewings. Although my purchase wasn't the smoothest, I have to say Victoria was the main reason why it finally happened. She knows her stuff and isn't afraid to pick up the gloves when she gets in the ring with solicitors. There were bumps on the road before I got the flat that I was intended to buy, but she was always there to make the ride comfortable. Gone over and beyond to get everything sorted. If I could give a particular mention to Victoria who was particularly communicative. No stone was left unturned and no detail was missed. All parties involved knew exactly where they stood in relation to proceedings at all times. Any queries I had Victoria was able to answer or advise very professionally all with a pleasant manner and that means an awful lot in this day and age.
