James Winn Estate Agents (Northallerton) were fantastic throughout the sale of our house. I dealt with Chris, Sam and Victoria through the sale and found them all to be extremely friendly and professional. Chris and Sam were great at talking me through the sales process and letting me know what was going on while the house was on the market. Victoria was extremely attentive, keeping me up to date with our sale as it progressed. I never felt I had to chase for information. As it was the first time we’ve sold a house, I had lots of questions and worries. Every time they were patient and answered anything in a matter of hours. I’d recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We have had a smooth and positive journey purchasing our new home through James Winn. We are also super impressed by Jody who had only worked at James Winn for 2 weeks at the time. Although my purchase wasn't the smoothest, I have to say Victoria was the main reason why it finally happened. She knows her stuff and isn't afraid to pick up the gloves when she gets in the ring with solicitors. There were bumps on the road before I got the flat that I was intended to buy, but she was always there to make the ride comfortable. Gone over and beyond to get everything sorted. She was warm, made us feel comfortable in strangers houses and was exceptionally knowledgeable about the properties she showed us.Nothing was too much trouble for her and we appreciated it.
