I purchased a property from James Winn in Northallerton, and they were brilliant from viewing to completion. Victoria at the office was a real support to me in the process and dealt with all my queries promptly and effectively and made me feel like a valued client. Thanks to you all.

Despite not being the client of James Winn, we were buying a property through them, James Winn and Victoria in particular were super. Victoria helped us chase up solicitors and liaised between ourselves and the seller so we were all kept in the picture at all times. We had a very difficult completion day and at one point it looked as though the completion wasn’t going to happen but Victoria chased and emailed and called solicitors and finally at 4:30pm after a lot of very stressful calls we managed to complete. All I can say is that all staff at the Northallerton branch provided a wonderful service, but I'd probably have to single out Victoria for a special mention. It was a long drawn out process, but with no fault to Winn's in that, and they always delivered a professional service keeping us well informed at all times. James Winn Estate Agents (Northallerton) were fantastic throughout the sale of our house. I dealt with Chris, Sam and Victoria through the sale and found them all to be extremely friendly and professional. Chris and Sam were great at talking me through the sales process and letting me know what was going on while the house was on the market. Victoria was extremely attentive, keeping me up to date with our sale as it progressed. I never felt I had to chase for information.
