We were not 100% set on moving when we found a property advertised on rightmove, but when the listing from Ewemove came up, we were amazed at how well presented the property was, so we decided to book a viewing. Upon arrival, we were welcomed in by Khilian, who was genuinely the most straight talking and honest agent I have come across. Questions were answered honestly, and any issues we had he sorted. I don't know how good Khilians negotiation skills actually are as there was no need to negotiate, the customer service received was worth its weight in gold as it was. We moved in and had a couple of teething issues, but these were acknowledged by Khilian & Rimple straight away and fixed to a high standard within 7 days. Really happy with the service & the property, and I cannot recommend them enough!
