My wife and I have just Exchanged on our house sale through Coast & Country. It was a long journey. The housing market generally was rocky and house prices were not stable. We have been impressed with the whole Coast & Country Team - Mike Griffiths, Ashley Mathews, Callum Hawkins and Courtney Sparks. We received a very personalised service. Right from the beginning we felt Callum understood 'where we were coming from' and importantly, appreciated the changes in our thinking, both in relation to the home we were selling and the kind of properties we were interested in buying. Getting to Exchange was quite tortuous on occasions but Coast & Country hung on in there throughout - listened to us, offered advice, stayed on message and kept calm. Very impressed with Coast & Country estate agents in Newton Abbot. Callum was our contact for the sale of our house and he is excellent at his job, friendly and helpful. The high quality photos and virtual tour looked very professional and we were able to agree a sale in record time. Everything was done very promptly from taking the photos and getting the listing published online to providing feedback from viewings. Other members of the team were also on hand to help with any issues – very refreshing to always have a friendly voice on the end of the phone when needed. Highly recommend this company.

Cannot fault the service we were given. Coast and Country took on my flat after we had failed to sell it with other local estate agents. It was a very small sale, but they made us feel just as important as any other customer. When we got the pictures done of the flat, Callum was extremely thoughtful and took so much care in making the place look as good as possible and even came back on a different day to get the outside picture on a sunny day! We also purchased through C&C at the same time and the experience was just as outstanding. Any queries were quickly answered, and I didn't ever feel like I was being pushed aside or lied to like other estate agents in the past. I felt like the Callum, Tom and the rest of the team actually cared about our sale and purchase, and wanted to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I can only say how grateful I am for Coast and Country's work. I will absolutely be using them again.
