Mark was our 2nd estate agent after only having 1 viewing in 3 months with the previous. From the start you can see Mark's dedication to his business which includes his clients. We where very lucky and Mark found us buyers very quickly. But we had a nightmare when the buyers lost their buyer when we where so close to completion. We where all devastated but held in and Mark worked so hard to get another buyer for them (we both had him as an estate agent). Then trying to chase solicitors so many delays, Mark was always there answered any and all questions chased for us with the other estate agents and solicitors, He also relaid personal question between us and our buyers which made a huge difference. We changed agents to Ewe-Move after a deeply dissatisfactory experience with a larger, well-known local agent - four months with only one viewing. If we’d known how good Mark at Ewe-Move was, we’d have changed agents earlier! How do I begin to explain working with Mark? Our sale and onward purchase was not straight forward, through no fault of his. He was calm, organised and supportive throughout.
